Broccoli (Belstar)

When I was little, I enjoyed pretending that broccoli florets were trees, and built tiny forest ecosystems on my plate. Now I enjoy them fried in oil with a little salt, lemon juice and sesame seeds. They are still fun to imagine as trees. Plant 8" apart in rows 18" apart. You'll get one large head per plant and plenty of smaller ones off the sides.
