We grow all the veggies for our hot sauce with no-till and no-spray farming methods, and we make and bottle the sauce in small batches.  Any ingredients we don't produce ourselves (like honey, vinegar, and sea salt) we buy from local producers in the northeast region whenever possible.  Enjoy!
