Oh, Summer! Hot Sauce

This sauce is savory, earthy, and smoky.  We roast to perfection all the unripe peppers harvested at the end of the season for this green sauce that packs quite a lot of heat!  Roasted onions and garlic and smoked salt give the perfect finishing touch.
