This sauce is savory, earthy, and smoky.  We roast to perfection all the unripe peppers left at the end of the season for this green sauce that packs quite a lot of heat!  Roasted onions and garlic and smoked salt give the perfect finishing touch.


We grow all the fresh produce for our sauces, and purchase the sea salt, honey, and vinegar from other local farmers in the northeast region.
