Fresh Ginger

Hard to believe, we know, but we can grow tropical ginger in Maine! Greenhouse grown, this ginger is a baby variety, with a thin edible skin and a high water content that makes it crispy and fresh. If the increments available in our online store don't appeal to you, feel free to reach out directly to request a different amount. Baby ginger freezes very well both whole and shredded, and will stay fresh in the refrigerator for about two weeks. Our ginger is $20/lb, down to $15/lb at 3 lbs or more.
