Fresh Turmeric

Hard to believe, we know, but we can grow tropical turmeric in Maine! Greenhouse grown, this turmeric is a baby variety, with a thin edible skin and a high water content that makes it crispy and fresh. If the increments available in our online store don't appeal to you, feel free to reach out directly to request a different amount. Baby turmeric freezes very well both whole and shredded, and will stay fresh in the refrigerator for about two weeks. Our turmeric is $25/lb, down to $20/lb at 1 lb or more.
